Company Overview

FANCAP is a transatlantic M&A advisory, investment management advisory, and consulting firm with operations in Toronto and Amsterdam, and representation in New York. We are building a vertically integrated sports investment platform that combines proprietary deal origination, M&A execution, and investment management across global football and sports-related assets.

 

FANCAP’s M&A Advisory division advises clubs, shareholders, and investors throughout the full transaction lifecycle. We support clubs, or investors in preparing for a full sale, acquisition, minority investment, or strategic partnership by professionalizing governance, optimizing player trading, academy, scouting, and financial structures, and positioning the asset for institutional capital. We source and introduce strategic and financial investors, manage transaction execution, and could support post-transaction implementation to ensure long-term alignment and value creation.

To support scalable growth and long-term platform development, FANCAP is establishing a Delaware-based C Corporation as its primary holding entity, consolidating international operations across North America and Europe under a single strategic and governance framework
