FANCAP is a transatlantic M&A advisory, Investment Management Advisory, and Consulting firm based in Toronto, and Amsterdam with representation in New York, building a vertically integrated sports investment platform. We bring industry expertise and sophisticated financial structuring to unlock long-term value in football clubs, sports-anchored real estate, and related assets. To support scalable growth and global reach, FANCAP is in the process of establishing a Delaware-based C Corporation as its primary holding company. This structure will consolidate all international operations across North America and Europe under one strategic platform.
